ApexRoboTech provides an AI-powered chatbot platform that enables businesses to automate customer communications across multiple channels including web chat, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, and WhatsApp.
Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your business.
Use of Platform
You agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
- Not misuse AI chatbot capabilities to deceive, spam, or harass.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Comply with third-party platform terms (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, etc.).
Facebook and Instagram Integration
When connecting Facebook or Instagram accounts:
- You must be an authorized administrator of the Facebook Page.
- You are responsible for compliance with Meta's Platform Terms.
- We access only the permissions necessary for chatbot functionality.
- You can revoke access at any time through your Facebook settings.
Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by ApexRoboTech. Your content (chatbot configurations, knowledge bases, conversation data) remains your property.
Limitation of Liability
ApexRoboTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, and you are responsible for reviewing and customizing your chatbot's behavior.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
